Josh in Sleep mode XII, A6 sketchbook, graphite, 2009

This is another shot of Josh in his sleep mode, this one was captured on the train from Cornwall.




This was done with a 3B mechanical pencil in my A6 sketchbook

Aaaah..... these years went so fast with my kids. I still have to go see them sleeping in their beds once in a while and I'm transported back to this precious age.

Sheila, you are right it is a precious age and that's why I cherish it now. My boy is constantly telling me and Ruth not to call him baby again, he says he is now a big boy and that can be a bit heartbreaking....
